A core part of the business development of a company is embedded in the fundamentals of its strategy. henceforth, the onus lies on the human resources management along with the top management to devise a rational plan, say for the next 5 years, which unambiguously lays down the plan for the organizations’ growth. this plan needs to be based on the reports that have components of finances, operations in conjunction with the external environment. Something important that truly needs to be taken note of, is that such strategies are directly related and have a correlation with the tactical approach a brand is going to adopt.
It could be taken in this fashion that a tactical plan, is that which takes care of the short-term targets and the interlinked growth with it. In the process, the human resources management needs to understand that viable employee exit programs need to be in place. Work schedule is another factor that needs to be made part of everything by the human resources management. keeping things flexible, such as the working hours, is something which is really appreciated by people in general.
Moral of the story, whatever the size of the company, the goal of the brand or the objective behind an act of a department, the two points of a strategic management and a tactical management remain conjoined. This is the principle which underlies any modern day teaching, that claims to have the potential to turn students into future managers, who would further have the foresight to change the course of entire industries.
